Director Recruiting Tech

As a Director Recruiting Tech, you will sit in the Global Recruiting CoE and be aligned with Tech functions with ultimate accountability for delivering that they have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to execute business strategy.
- Director Recruiting Tech will own hiring for specific groups within the Global recruiting organization.
- Partner with Tech Leaderships, Senior hiring managers/stakeholders and People leaders to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics while managing a client-aligned recruiting team.
- Ensure quality throughout all Tech hiring SOPs and drive continuous improvements based on key metrics.
- Manage a team who own finding, assessing, and closing entry to senior level candidates.
- Interact with recruiting teams from other global office locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing.
- Create a sustainable model to meet business demand and align with recruiting delivery goals.
- Invest in the on-going skill development of the recruiting team, including seeking out emerging technologies and implementing best practices
- Dive deep into data and metrics to analyze, report out, and make decisions on how to optimize sourcing efforts to deliver results
- Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience at above managerial up to director level
- Minimum 3+ years leading or leading a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
- Experience building, coaching and developing a recruiting team
- Experience working with tools of the ATS, including resume databases, online sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
- English communication skill is must to manage various stakeholders in different region
- Experience building and executing recruiting strategy
- Experiences in global tech, engineering companies and startups
- Experiences in a multicultural environment
