 쿠팡 새로 구축된 HR 커뮤니케이션 조직의 조직장을 모시고자 합니다본 포지션은 글로벌 HR 커뮤니케이션 전략을 기초부터 구축하 다음과 같은 업무를 담당합니다 

  • Global HR팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 신규 프로그램 및 이니셔티브가 직원, 사업 목표와 목적기업 문화에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 포괄적으로 파악 
  • 업무 프로세스  절차의 현재 버전과 앞으로의 버전을 비교하여 직원 몰입도와 준비상태 평가 
  • 주요 프로젝트 이니셔티브의 발굴 세션에 참여하여 주요 변화가 가져올 영향을 파악하고 관련 문서 준비 
  • 리더십, Internal Communications, PR, HR팀과 협력하여 커뮤니케이션 목표와 채널별 전략메시지 전달 방법을 통일  
  • 사업의 모든 레벨(임원, 서울 외 지역 근무자 ) 적용 가능한 커뮤니케이션 전략 개발  실행   
  • 다양한 환경(회사 사무실물류센터콜센터 ) 적용 가능한 매력적인 채널별 전략을 창의적으로 설계개발  실행  


자격 요건  

  • 학사 학위 이상 소지자 
  • HR  커뮤니케이션 관련 경력 7 이상  
  • 커뮤니케이션  변화 관리 경력 1 이상다국적 환경에서 해당 업무 경험 선호  
  • 내부 고객의 필요를 이해하고 추진 가능한 이니셔티브로 만들어내는 능력 
  • 빠르게 변하는 환경에서 결과 중심적이며 분석적으로 업무 진행 
  • 검증된 방법으로 변화 관련 이니셔티브의 효과를 측정하고 평가하는 능력 
  • 모든 레벨을 아우르 다중 환경에서 커뮤니케이션 이행 능력 
  • 효과적인 대인관계  관계 구축 능력 
  • 우수한 문서 작성  구두 커뮤니케이션 능력해결책을 명확하게 설명하는 능력 


Coupang is looking for a founding leader of HR communications. We are looking for a leader who will build our global HR communications strategy from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate closely with global HR teams to comprehensively understand how new programs and initiatives impact our employees, business goals and objectives, and company culture.
  • Conduct engagement and readiness assessments by comparing current state to future state processes and procedures
  • Participate in major project initiatives’ discovery sessions to identify key change impacts and prepare related documentation
  • Collaborate with leadership, Internal Communications and PR teams, and HR teams to align on communication goals, channel strategy, and messaging
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that can be applied across all levels of the business (i.e. executives, remote employees, etc.)
  • Creatively design, develop, and implement a highly engaging channel strategy that can be applied to various environments (corporate office, fulfillment and logistic centers, call centers, etc.)


  • Bachelors experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR and communications
  • 1+ years in a Communications or Change Management role, preferably in a multi-national environment
  • Ability to understand the internal customers’ needs and translate to actionable initiatives
  • Analytical and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven tactics to measure and evaluate effectiveness of change initiatives
  • Ability to communicate across all levels and multiple environments
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to clearly articulate solutions
